    This patient had submuscular Saline implants placed by another surgeon. The patient was concerned with the wide central space and the nipple/areolar asymmetry in size and position. New Saline implants were placed submuscularly and an internal pocket modification was performed. The left areola was lowered and the right was decreased in size.
