This 60 year old female requested a breast reduction. Her complaints included upper neck/back pain, shoulder grooving, and difficulty finding appropriate clothing. Height: 5 feet 4 inches. Weight: 200 lbs. She underwent a vertical breast reduction removing approximately 1.5 lbs from each breast. Additionally, she had lateral trunk liposuction to help contour this area and blend with the breasts. Preoperative bra size: 44DD. Postoperative bra size: 42 B/C.
