    18 y/o female with upper back and neck pain.  Height: 5 feet 3 inches.  Weight:150lb.   She underwent a vertical breast reduction removing almost 2 lbs of breast tissue from the right breast and over 1.5 lbs from the left.  Preoperative bra size: 34F. Postoperative cup size: 36D. Three month postoperative photographs are shown.
