Breast Implants

This is a 21-year-old female who wishes a breast augmentation to improve her body proportions. She has one child for which she has breast-fed. She quit breast feeding over six months ago. She feels her breasts are approximately the same size. She is currently a 32A, wishes to be a small D. She is 105 pounds, 5'7". General well appearing with realistic expectations. I performed a bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation using a high profile 450cc saline implant placed via the areolar incision.
