Here is a young Chinese woman who wanted to have eyes that were more noticeable still very natural-looking. She naturally had large round eyes that were not visible because of her monolid. Using an incision technique with anchoring sutures I was able to provide her with a very low natural-looking Asian eyelid crease with dramatic results at the same time. She is in this photograph 3 months after surgery.
