Middle-aged male treated for protruding ears, crooked nose, and heavy neck

    Middle-aged gentleman preoperatively complained of protruding ears as well as crooked nose and heavy neck. He underwent otoplasty (ear pinning) of both ears, rhinoplasty, and neck liposuction to help improve his appearance and help his breathing. He also underwent Botox treatment to relax wrinkle lines of the forehead.
