"Turkey Gobbler" Deformity Neck T-Z Plasty

67 year old male desired treatment of his "turkey neck" deformity.  He did not want a full facelift and he undeerwent a "T-Z Plasty" under local anesthesia in the office.  This procedure is only done on men because the resultant scars heal nicely.  Notice that the scars are not seen from the front or sides and are barely noticeable on the 8 week photo.  These will continue to fade with time.
