Gauged Ear Lobes Repaired

Bilateral gauged earlobes repaired. Note that every gauged ear is little different and requires custom cosmetic tailoring to reconstruct. This patient's left gauged earlobe was significantly larger and more stretched than the right and the skin was very, very thin with respect to the ear side, requiring a slightly different approach than on the right. These photos were taken after the sutures were removed at about 10 days post-op.
