Breast lift with intense capsule removal and implant exchange for old implants

This pleasant 68 year-old lady had cosmetic breast implants over thirty years ago. In the years that followed, she developed severe capsules with the resulting breast pain, hardness, and deformity. Her implants were placed beneath the breast tissue, but not beneath the muscle, and mammography had determined that her silicone implants showed signs of rupture. This gave me the opportunity to perform a site change from under the gland to under the muscle, allowing me to control the symmetry and position of the implants, and thus the position of the lifted breasts and nipples.
