This is a 34-year-old female in good health who desired to improve the contour of her breasts. She was happy with the amount of tissue that was present. Her goal was to reposition the nipple/areolar complex so that it would be more centrally located and to raise the breast tissue to improve overall fullness and projection. She did not want to use an implant to do so. A bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) was performed under general anesthesia. This left an anchor shaped fine line scar (“inverted T”) scar that is hardly perceptible. The nipple areolar complex was raised to be more centrally located around her breast tissue. Raising her breast tissue also improved the overall contour and achieved the goal of increased projection and fullness.
