65 Year Old Female Treated for Under Eye Bags and Sagging Eyelids

This patient complained of under eye bags and hollowing as well as sagging upper eyelids. Volume loss was identified in the lateral upper brow, tear trough and midface/cheeks. The patient underwent fat transfer to the midface, cheeks, tear trough (under eyes), and lateral brow to raise and open her upper eyelids and correct the under eye hollows to provide a more youthful appearance.
