    This patient wanted her breasts lifted, but I felt that a lift alone would not produce the upper breast contour she desired. We then chose to perform a breast augmentation in conjunction with the lift, creating both the elevation of the breast and nipple she desired, as well as the upper breast fullness she lacked.
