This 45-year old mother was unhappy with her post-weight loss, post-baby body. After having 3 children and losing 65 lbs from dieting and exercising she still didn’t have the body she wanted. The patient is now 3-months post op surgery with an extended tummy tuck (standard tummy tuck with back lipectomy) was performed with abdominal muscle repair, along with a full breast lift for fullness and saline breast implants filled to 390cc in both breasts for volume.
