This 64 year old woman underwent breast implant revision

This 64 year old woman was seen by Dr. Repta because her breasts had become firm and painful. She underwent bilateral breast implant revision with removal of scar tissue (full capsulectomy), replacement of ruptured implants with moderate plus profile silicone implants, and placement of ADM (acellular dermal matrix--cadaver skin). She is shown here about 2 months after her procedure with significantly improved shape and appearance of her breasts.
