Lower Eyelid Deep Tear Troughs and Bags Treated with Lower Blepharoplasty, Fat Repositioning

Young female with deep tear troughs and lower eyelid pseudoherniated fat. She was a great candidate for lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. Instead of throwing away her bulging fat, we re-distributed it to help improve her lower lid hollowing and tear troughs. It improved her lower lid/cheek contour and we are hopeful that she will never have to use lower eyelid dermal filler ever again.
