Reconstructive Secondary Rhinoplasty with Chin Implant

This beautiful young woman presented to our clinic with a bad result after the previous rhinoplasty performed elsewhere. Another surgeon over-resected her nasal support structure, so she basically had a ball of skin sitting in the middle of her face. She also had severely over-resected alar (nostril) margins, which unfortunately compromised her airway. We performed reconstructive rhinoplasty via open approach, rebuilding her dorsum, and restoring the structure and support for her nose. To further improve her profile, a chin implant was placed as well.
