    A 65 year old female was interested in exchanging her implants for XL Saline Overfilled Implants. The patient was an excellent candidate for a 2 Stage Breast Procedure for Saline Overfilled Implants. The 1st stage breast procedure is necessary to help stretch the skin around the breast. 7 months later she returned for her 2nd stage breast procedure to add more saline to her current implants. 630cc of saline was added to each implant; the patient currently has 1,900cc saline overfilled implants in each breast.
