This 48 y/o woman did not like the size, shape, and position of her large breasts. Additionally, she noted upper back pain, neck pain, and difficulty finding properly-fitting clothing. She underwent a breast reduction removing approximately 1 1/2 pounds of tissue from each breast. Height- 5'4" Weight- 178lb. Preoperative cup size: 38DD. Postoperative cup size: 38C.
