Personal History of Breast Cancer Age: 42, Ht: 5’4”, Wt: 182 Immediate reconstruction L breast with Latissimus dorsi flap and immediate reconstruction of L breast with Tissue Expander 8 months post op 2nd stage: R breast Mastopexy with gel implant placement (Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile 250cc) with Fat Grafting to L breast with removal of TE and placement of Moderate Plus 600 cc gel implant, L nipple areola reconstruction Tattoo Left Nipple areola 3 months post op 3rd stage: R breast implant exchange to 450cc Moderate Plus with inferior medial capsulotomy with fat grafting to upper pole R breast, fat grafting to upper pole L breast with inferiolateral capsulorrhaphy
