This is a 39 year old white female 5’ 6” 140 lbs with no previous surgical history. She has had 2 children and breastfed both. She presented with two areas of concern. First was the size of her breast. Her bra size was a 34 A without ptosis and she wished to be fuller in the C range. She had a base width of 14.5 cm with 6 cm distance from the nipple to the inframammary fold. The left breast was just a bit smaller. She was also concerned about her abdomen. She had laxity both above and below the umbilicus with a small umbilical weakness. In order to achieve her desired goals she underwent a mommy makeover including bilateral sub pectoral augmentation with a 375 cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis placed on the left and 350 cc placed on the right. She also underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips as well as the post lateral and medial thighs. Her postoperative course was uneventful. Since she was an out of town patient she stayed in the area for several days before returning home. Two months postoperatively she has healed nicely. The breasts have achieved her desired natural shape and size. Her abdomen is flat with a narrower waist.
