This 40 year old woman felt she had lost her youthful figure after 2 pregnancies. With recent weight loss from diet and exercise she’d noticed increasing loose skin on her abdominal wall. A tummy tuck was necessary to address the significant laxity, or hanging, of the abdominal skin. She opted for a combination procedure called a Mommy Makeover to restore her breasts, tummy and legs. The procedure included a bilateral breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction of her medial thighs. She received 240cc silicone implants with a sub muscular approach.
