Breast Implants

This is a 38 year old mother of two is 5'2" and 110 lbs. She wears a 34B bra. We used a 250cc moderate shape silicone implants. Due to her slight degree of ptosis, or sagging, we used a dual plane II approach from an inframammary incision. This allows the nipple and areola to rise slightly once the implants are in place. She loves her new 34C size and the youthfulness the silicone implants impart to her breasts.
