Breast Augmentation with one side lift 600cc; silicone

32 year old female, very unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. This is a complicated surgery given the assymetry prior to surgery. Dr. Lewis placed 600 cc silicone implants underneath the muscle through lower peri-arealor incisions. The right breast also needed a lift for symmetry and this was done with a peri-areolar incision as well.
