34 Year Old Female Treated for Small, Saggy Breasts

This 34 y/o woman did not like her sagging, deflated breasts. She underwent a combined breast lift and breast augmentation surgery. Smooth, round 275cc silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle with a vertical breast lift. Height- 5'7", Weight- 125lbs. Preoperative cup size: 34B. Postoperative cup size: 34D. Her 5-month postoperative photographs show improvement in the size, shape, and upper fullness of her breasts.
