Upper Blepharoplasty, female 60's

By conservatively removing both extra skin and fat from the upper eyelid area of the female in her mid 60's, this patient's eyelashes seemingly return from whence they were hidden!  A tired almost stern demeanor changes to a refreshed, inviting and much more youthful look.
