41 Year old was unhappy with the "bags" at her lower eyes, and overall "aged" look. Lower lid blepharoplasty was performed, with minimal skin resection, removal of herniated fat, and fat grafting to the infraorbital rim and supraorbital rims (to address the "Nursing Home Eye", the hollowed out upper eyelid issue). The procedure was performed in-office in an AAAASF accredited surgical suite, under local with light sedation. Results are shown at 4 months.
