Breast Lift Surgery

Patient is a 39 year old woman who undergone gastric bypass and lost 130lbs. While wearing a DD bra it was clear that she had an appropriate amount of breast volume but too much skin. She proceeded with a bilateral mastopexy, patient post operative pictures taken at 8 months.
