Facial Rejuvenation: 67-Year-Old Woman

This 67-year-old woman requested consideration for facial rejuventation, complaining of excess skin in the upper lids; unsatisfactory appereance of lower eyelids; and wrinklings in the cheeks, perioral region, and under her neck. To rectify the things of which she complained, her procedure included a facelift; bilateral upper and lower lid blepharoplasties; and structural fat grafting in the lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and cheeks.
