This 28 year old mother of two suffered from the common problem of deflated, sagging breasts after breastfeeding two children. She liked the size of her breasts and desired a lift without losing volume. We decided on a vertical type mastopexy with replacement of the tissue in her lower breast to the upper breast. She is now 3 months out, specifically with the fact that she does not need to use a bra to have attractive breasts in clothes anymore. She continues to improve and there will be gradual softening of the shape and fading of the scars over the next 9 months.
