SMAS facelift with local anesthesia provides safe and natural results

SMAS Facelift can easily and safely be done with local anesthesia. In this case I worked under the SMAS layer to provide natural results for this patient with long lasting benefit. I essentially did the exact same facelift procedure as one would with general anesthesia or IV sedation but with shorter recovery and safer surgery.
