    26 year old female that I consulted with. She had a history of fibrocystic breast disease and had several lumpectomies in both breasts leaving her with abnormal breasts that were very painful. She had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies followed by immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders. The expanders were exchanged for Mentor 500cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Implants.
