This patient had a rhinoplasty and septum repair surgery

This patient came for evaluation regarding her nose. She desired to improve the shape and function of her nose. She underwent a rhinoplasty and septoplasty as well as some fat grafting to the right cheek. She is shown here at 4 months following her surgery with improved shape and contour of her nose and cheek.
