    46 year old female with large breasts causing her back and neck pain. I first consulted with her in my West Valley Office. She was not interested in upper pole fullness, which would have required a breast implant. She desired a moderate reduction and lift to her breasts. After surgery her symptoms completely resolved and she is very happy with her result. She is seen here one year after her procedure.
