Rhinoplasty for a projecting nose with a hump

Tip work on a nose is crucial to a good outcome. Only taking the hump off of this nose would be a disaster. The tip needs to come back toward the face, and it needs to be elevated, too. Work on the tip of the nose is the hardest to teach, and the hardest to learn. Most of the revision operations I perform needed revision because of inadequate work on the tip of the nose.
