    This 28 year old woman was unhappy with her breasts. Her breast were asymmetrical, uneven in size and shape. She could never buy a bra that fit both breasts. She had a breast lift and augmentation with silicone gel implants. She has the Sientra "gummy bear" implants placed under the muscle. The left side has a 325 cc implant and the right has a 435 cc implant.
