    This patient underwent a laparoscopic RNY bypass and lost about 100lbs.  She then had a lower body lift and breast lift at the same time.

    If she desires, she could have a breast implant added to provide more breast fullness.

    The key to a successful surgery is to provide a "normal and natural" result.
