This young 19-year-old woman with Poland Syndrome presented with complaints of breast asymmetry as well as feeling awkward, decreased confidence, and unhappy. She was diagnosed with Poland Syndrome - a congenital absence of the muscles of the chest along with other congenital abnormalities that may affect the breast development, hand, upper extremity, etc. She opted for breast reconstruction via fat transfer and reconstruction of the right chest wall. She had a procedure of implant placement on the left afterwards to give better symmetry.
