Implant-based breast reconstruction

This 57-year-old woman desired immediated one-stage breast reconstruction following her ilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. She underwent direct to implant breast reconstruction with silicone, cohesive gel implants at the time of her procedure. Photos at one year postoperative show excellent shape and contour of her breasts with a natural and pleasing appearance of her reconstructed breasts. Nipple reconstruction and tattoo were performed by our office to complete her reconstruction.
