    40 year old male complained of weak chin and lower jaw. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed jaw augmentation with mandibular implants and chin augmentation with an implant. The procedure was done under local anesthetic with IV sedation. The patient is shown before and approximately 1 month post-op.
