After middle age, one’s skin loses elasticity and starts to sag. The most problematic areas are jaw and neck line. The correction for this is face & neck lift is the only way. The incisions will be made in anterior and posterior ear for skin dissection, and after dissecting skin under fascia (SMAS) to the mouth, near nose, and up to mouth corners, the fascia will be pulled. Face & neck lift is not a surgery to pull the skin, but to pull fascia (SMAS) from the face and platysma from the neck. After these areas are pulled, natural jawline and neckline are formed.
