Goofy teeth, large overbite/overjet

    Young lady with a debilitating smile. Her upper teeth were sticking out(overjet) by 10mm and there was a large midline diastema. Luckily for me I had treated many similar cases and I stuck to my guns and said"Yes I can treat you." Patient agreed and started Invisalign. Within 3 months she could see a change and was happily progressing.  I saw her every 3 months and within 1 year we finished.
