This patient came late 2012 with a severely rotated and rotting front tooth. She had upper arch crowding elsewhere and was desperate to get her front tooth straightened. The crowding was so severe that she had cavities on both her front teeth. We had about 7 months and agreed that we could do Invisalign with some interproximal front spacings and to change the aligners every 10 days. Once the front tooth began to straighten, her dentist fixed the 2 cavities.
