How does one go about finding an out of network surgeon? My WA state medicaid insurance stated that because they don’t have any In Network plastic surgeons they would cover me at 100% with a prior authorization, to an out of network plastic surgeon. However, all the ones I’ve contacted in my area state they do not bill to my specific insurance. Advice please?

How long did your drains stay in? i had a panni done they took out my drains before i went home. one nurse drained them and then the doc came in a say it empty and removed the drain. i have a lump inside now...oin the right side. they where taken out took soon?
