I had a revision tip rhinoplasty for nostril asymmetry and my surgeon much removed my columella due to a misunderstanding. Now it looks flat and weird from the side and front as well, and my nosetrils look unnaturally close. My surgeon suggested PDA threads to even it out as opposed to fillers, but all I could find online was nose thread lifting and contouring. Would it work for a problem like this? Thank you for your advice!
I had a rhinoplasty is 2018, I like my nose but it's asymmetrical especially when I smile, my columella cartilage is higher in one side that the other, I want to be in the middle! So was wondering can I put filler on side part to make it even? or what do I need T-T please help
Hi! I had surgical rhinoplasty a couple of years ago to partly address my pointy tip. Unfortunately, after healing, my tip appears pointier. Is it possible to achieve a lifted tip with filler if I have a graft there that makes the tip relatively inflexible and hard to manipulate? Ideally, Id like to go from left pic to edited right pic
I was wondering if theres anything non-surgical that could maybe at least give the illusion of my nose not looking so droopy. The tip seems to hang past my nostrils and my nostrils look rather wide from the side. I know the issue can probs only really be fixed with surgery but Im so afraid of general anesthetic. I feel like my nose anatomy also affects my smile/ teeth visibility. When my mouth is resting you cant see any of my top teeth, and when I smile, you still cant see all of it.
I had rhynoplasty a year ago and it seems like my columella is wonky looking. I was wonder if I can add filler to it bc I really dont want to go under more plastic surgery to fix it? The 2nd photo show the results I would be happy with.
I had a primary rhinoplasty 15 months ago. I have think skin but it is thin in the tip. I found that the nose is short for my face. It is maybe for the retracted columella or the tip should shift a little bit? Or maybe I can fix this with fillers in the columella? Thank you
Some doctors are saying it can and others say it doesnt? Whats the truth? Can filler lift the tip or not if it is added only to the columella and no where else? I dont want to add filler ontop of my nose or on the bridge or anything. I love my nose on one side and not the other but overall I like the size and all. However from the front it looks a bit droopy and literally only needs to be lifted a tad bit. I am not looking for/expecting a drastic change.
I have a small nose but it's quite rounded and droopy. I explored rhinoplasty but decided it was not something I wanted to go through with. Would filler under the columella lift the tip? I know I can't get rid of the roundness non surgically but I'd be really happy with a lift at the tip.
