Like so many other women in the Real Housewives<\/em> franchise<\/a>, New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice is certainly no stranger to plastic surgery—remember when she famously got new “bubbies” during season one of the Real Housewives Of New Jersey<\/em>? The OG Bravo star has also spoken candidly about replacing her breast implants<\/a> (as did her co-star Dolores Catania<\/a>, who told us all about her breast augmentation) and undergoing a wide array of cosmetic procedures on social media. Recently added to that list was a nose job<\/a>, which she said she had to address long-term insecurities that the top was very round and looked like a “tomato nose.”<\/p>

But the Teresa Giudice nose job reveal wasn’t particularly dramatic, as has been the case with some of her other RHONJ<\/em>castmates. Rather, she first talked about it while speaking at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo in November 2021. “I was so nervous,” she told the crowd at the expo center. She went on to explain that it was her now-husband, then-fiancé Luis “Louie” Ruelas who helped her feel more confident in her decision to get the surgery, saying that she should do it if it was going to make her feel better. Not as supportive? Her RHONJ<\/em>co-star and frenemy Margaret Josephs, who Giudice says tried to talk her out of it. <\/p>

“She’s like, ‘No, you don’t need to do it.’ Like, really, bitch? Sorry, like, you got so much plastic surgery, why [are] you telling me that?” (Josephs has openly discussed<\/a> her facelift revision<\/a>, breast reduction<\/a>, and breast lift<\/a>.)<\/p>
