Most celebrities prefer to be, shall we say, discreet, about plastic surgery they’ve had, but some are completely candid about the pressures of fame and their decision to get liposuction<\/a>, filler<\/a>, Botox<\/a>, and more. Rhinoplasty<\/a> is, arguably, one of the most common plastic surgery procedures among the Hollywood set, so it’s especially refreshing when stars choose to share their familiarity with altering their nose shape. In his new memoir “If You Would Have Told Me,” the actor reveals that he had two nose jobs in the 1980s, during a General Hospital<\/em> filming break. “Everyone who gets a nose job tries to find some excuse other than vanity, but let’s call it what it was — vanity,” Stamos wrote. After his first rhinoplasty, he wasn’t happy with the result, saying it looked “kind of pushed up like Peter Pan,” so he decided to see Michael Jackson’s plastic surgeon for a revision. “Who better to handle the delicate task of resculpting my nose than the man who created a whole new face for M.J.?” he joked.<\/p>
