In this episode, Lexi, a trans woman, discusses her feminizing gender confirmation procedures and shares photos of herself from every stage of life.
Lexi got a breast augmentation first, then started her facial feminization surgery process. In total, she’s had three breast surgeries, a blepharoplasty (aka eyelid lift), rhinoplasty, chin feminization, brow bone reduction, and forehead reduction (to lower the hairline). After spending $200,000, Lexi says, “I definitely feel like my inside matches my outside at this point—[and] I truly love myself that much more.”
