I am 67years old. In good health. I've had lower facelift 6,5 years ago. No significant difference before and now. Midface lift done 3 years ago and neck lift. Blepharoplasty twice and failed the second time. Liplift 3 years ago. Fillers under the the eyes , the last one 6 months ago. I 'd like to correct the neck, tear trough, the marionette line and the folds around the mouth. Do I need lipo filling? Do I need restoring the volume of the soft tissues? Thank you for answering.
Im 66 years old, 1 year post op, I had midline platysmaplasty. At 3 months, (all pictures attached) I went back asking if we could do a revision. They suggested fraxel lasers and to come back for year consult. I have done 3 of the laser treatments, and went back for year end consultation. Surgeon said nothing more he can do, possibly revision in the future but not now.
Neck lift/lower face. Pain temples ears jaw scms - PAIN bilateral temporals, posterior lower jaw, scm with spasms,bilateral numb tragus and discolored 1 fwd. squished ears canals( bilaterally). Think scm too tight, ears too back&low. Wish I went with different surgeon. Pain 1st night of surgery.
Ive read about some of the risks. Theyve done facelifts for many years before they started doing this.... Im 67, not trying to look 37, not sure why I should if there is any risk involved ?..dont feel mine are that large.--- can it be done later? will get clarification re: how it would be done... removing outer capsule? safest way? I might say no. sorry can't get android to transfer my photos to Mac easily.
i'm 67, have very loose hanging neck skin. my glands are there, but i've seen them for years. I just dont like the idea of messing with glands. I did some research and dont like what i read. having facelift/necklift soon.- Doc is a facial plastic surgeon. I'm sure he can give me a good result without it. I'll get details re: how he reduces it, shaves? or reduces surgically. Thank you
Earlier this year a board certified ENT plastic surgeon of 22 years performed a SMAS, Facelift, NeckLift with Platysmaplasty and Liposuction. At first my neck looked fine , not too drastic of a change but still a noticeable one. Then by month 3 things started to droop and what was thought of as swelling was not. Now at 6 mos my surgeon just wants to do a fat transfer under my chin. I do not believe this will give me the results that I wanted and see so many other women have had. I am a 69.
Have vacation to Florida planned for end of March 2016. Most convenient time for surgery happens to be March 1, 2016. Would it be safe to travel by air 3 1/2 weeks after surgery. I'm 67 yrs. old and in good health. Thank you.
