Hello, I am booked in for BA at the end of this month. At my consultation we discussed 240cc over the muscle with silicone gel. Nagor impleo. I was advised to try rice sizers, and I'm now at 300cc and rather like them. Do you think my body will look 'balanced' being that size? I am 5ft4 and 9stone. Currently a 30B. Breast fed both kids. I exercise regularly and fairly toned. Any advice welcome.
I want to avoid the two stuck on tennis balls look. I'm concerned that there will be a wide gap and they will look fake. My PS has recommended Nagor high profile implants either 240cc or 270cc. He has suggested a dual plane approach would be best. I know the surgeon can only work with what I already have but I'd like to know whether the final look is likely to be natural looking enough to make it worthwhile. Photo attached.
6 months ago I had 420cc Nagor implants used for my augmentation. They had been fine but also always in a tight sports bra so can't say I'd notice if it was happening sooner. When I stand up straight they seem to be ok, when I lay flat on my back my left implant falls to one side. I can freely move it back up and let it fall back down again. The other side doesn't move like this, my surgeon said keep them in a tight bra and massage for another 6 months it's not helping. Any advice?
Hi I'm Going for Over 460cc nagor round implants, I like the look but am wondering what size I will be. I'm 5ft9 135lb current a full B small C. Not sure on my exact size as I constantly wear large padded bras. I will attach photos but would love to know a few at least doctors opinions on the approx size an look it will give me please.
I'm due to get my BA in 5 days (yay!!). Initially wanted a very natural look but after spending time on this forum and looking at everyone's pictures I've decided I do want a full result. My PS and I agreed on 300cc which has a width of 10.7 cm- my concern is are these going to be too narrow? I am 5ft 8, size 8 and small boobs but they are quite wide- measured at over 13cm (can't remember exactly) There is a 330 Nagor which is the same projection but wider at 11.2 cm - would this be better?!
My surgeon has suggested me to go 330cc moderate profile round under muscle nagor implants to give me the look i want of a 345cc. The nagor implants come in 330 or the next one up that is 360cc. If im currently a flat small C10 what size implant will give me the look of a 345cc? Im 11.5 chest so very narrow, 163cm tall and 49kgs. I want to be a size DD and dont want to look too big but also dont want to look too small. Should i go 330 or a bit bigger and go 360? Im also getting a breat lift.

I had my sizing today and given my chest width I need to choose between these two sizes with nagor (brand my surgeon prefers) 390cc hp or 360 moderate. I really don't want any unatural upper pole fullness when I'm naked but I want the volume, I want a nice double D. What do you recommend? I'm going dual plane I'm currently a upper b cup

Implants made in Great Britain, company name Nagor, They are Impleo extra high range texured, under muscle. Early as 7th day I noticed that my one breast was high in the pocket. My surgeon told me to massage, I've been doing but I guess I didn't understand exactly how to do it . I am now pushing with great pressure at the top of my breast hoping to get it to move into pocket. For the past 4 days I've been doing this 5 times per day. It's a little sore now but does not appear to have moved.
