32 y/o. I want a fresher look. I am using a tretonoin and hydroquinine cream. I haven't noticed any results despite using it for almost 3 mos.The vert lines around my mouth really bother me. I am also really bothered by the smaller mole on my cheek. It appears to be raised underneath the skin with just a bit of pigment. Its effect on the contour of my skin really bothers me. I've asked my derm about removal, but she doesn't like to remove moles unless cancerous.
In April 2016, I had a mole removed/frozen from my nose, but received a dark scar from the the procedure. Dermatologist prescribed hydroquinone 4% in October 2016, and as of February 2017 I've experienced darker pigmentation. The area is very similar to a blister and instead of lighting up, it's darker around the area. Is bio-oil, coconut oil or viatamin E recommended, to condition the area and heal the burn/darker area now that I've discontinued using the hydroquinone 4% product?
How soon after a mole is shaved from face, can I start using prescription products all over my face (such as hydroquinone)? I got three moles shaved and already one mole developed a dark spot. Can I immediately start using hydroquinone to lighten the dark spot? If not, how many days should I wait before apply hydroquinone to my face?
I had around 6 moles with stitches excised from my face. Its been around a week that the stitches were removerd. The doctor assured me that the scars will fade as he has done it superficially. I applied hydroquinone to make the scar fade quickly but now the scar looks reddish. How long does it take for the scars to fade and what can i do to make them disappear quickly? Does hydroquinone help?
